Regulation NMS: Minimum Pricing Increments, Access Fees, and Transparency of Better Priced Orders

This new SEC final rule amends NMS rules regarding minimum pricing increments for the quoting of certain NMS stocks. It also reduces the access fee caps and enhances transparency. While it becomes effect Dec. 9, most of its compliance dates kick in in November 2025.
